Please note that this is a hybrid role and candidates are expected to work from our Navi Mumbai (Vashi) office 3 days per week, or more as required by business needs. The Work You'll Do: The Corporate IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing quality and professional desktop support to Sovos employees. This may include performing system generation of new PCs or laptops, hardware upgrades and data conversions, hardware troubleshooting assistance, peripheral troubleshooting, and other support issues that are related to the end user systems for employees. More specifically, you will: Respond to and resolves issues reported by Sovos employees  Utilize ticket tracking system to document results of problem resolution sessions  Provide support for the Sovos Active Directory infrastructure  Participate in deployment projects and perform user administration on servers  Maintain responsibility for system preparation, including software installations and user configurations for standard PC image creation  Serve as point of escalation for software installation, hardware repairs/maintenance and assists with moving employees' desktop equipment.  Responsible for data backup and recovery and for documenting department procedures and configurations  Lead the hardware and software procurement process for both new and warrantied equipment  Provide excellent customer service and take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction  Troubleshoot problems and answer questions to prevent downtime, while enhancing the use of hardware, software, peripheral equipment, and operating systems  Oversee computer systems that include management of domain user and computer accounts, manage user permissions, and monitor overall system performance  Resolve issues with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and other systems  Participate in emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule What We Need From You Familiarity with Windows, Office365, desktop support, VPNs 5+ years of relevant IT support experience with foundational understanding of IT help desk responsibilities  Proficiency in both English and the local language is required to support local employees and collaborate with our global IT team Excellent customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, while effectively focusing on priority issues Demonstrates a high degree of self-awareness and commitment to personal development and learning Demonstrates the ability to teach others at an appropriate level Acts with integrity and demonstrates ethical behavior in all matters Exhibits strong communication skills, both verbal and written at all levels What Does Sovos Offer You?
