We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Application Manager to join our team and oversee the Oracle Fusion (Enterprise General Ledger) application for our bank in India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and a proven track record of managing Oracle Fusion applications for Indian banks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and administer the Oracle Fusion (Enterprise General Ledger) application for our Indian bank.

- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

- Ensure the smooth operation of the Oracle Fusion application, including performance optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

- Provide guidance and support to end-users and assist with issue resolution.

- Lead and participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.

- Maintain system security and access controls to ensure data integrity.

- Collaborate with Oracle support for issue resolution and system updates.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to the Oracle Fusion application.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Finance).

- Proven experience in managing Oracle Fusion (Enterprise General Ledger) for Indian banks.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications and modules.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead projects
