Research (UXR), Product design (UX/UI), UX Writing, Illustrations (2D, 3D), and Motion design.What you’ll do:We’re searching for a creative powerhouse—a Visual Designer with an eye for innovation and an instinct for impact- Collaborate with co-founders and the Visual Design team to interpret and bring to life high-stakes client briefs.- Design visually striking assets across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.- Push the boundaries of creativity, exploring new trends and techniques to capture attention and deliver fresh visual experiences.- Bring creative flair to marketing collateral for social media, campaigns, and events.- Understand and apply each brand’s design language, including color schemes, typography, and layouts, with precision.- Work closely with the UI/UX teams to ensure visual designs enhance the overall user experience.- Maintain organized design assets, ensuring projects are meticulously documented for future reference.- Meet tight deadlines while delivering exceptional quality work that exceeds client expectations.Job requirements:- 1+ years of experience as a Visual or Graphic Designer, ideally in a UI/UX or agency setting.- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative visual projects, particularly in marketing and digital design.- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Sketch, or other relevant design tools for crafting original illustrations, icons, and graphical elements.- Video editing skills with knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.- Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with high-stakes clients.- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.- A passion for cutting-edge design trends and visual storytelling.- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
