Position Overview :

Care IO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team in Nashik.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in .NET development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

The Senior .NET Developer will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our healthcare software applications.

Responsibilities :

Software Development :

- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using .NET technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior developers, mentoring them in best practices and software development methodologies.

- Lead architecture and design discussions, making recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in .NET development, recommending adoption of new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and productivity.

Product Enhancement and Maintenance :

- Participate in ongoing maintenance and support of existing software applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary fixes and enhancements.

- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure thorough testing of software applications, identifying and addressing any defects or bugs.

Documentation and Reporting :

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, design documents, and user manuals.

- Provide regular progress updates and reports to management on project status, milestones achieved, and any potential risks or issues.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns or questions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.

- Strong proficiency in database design and development using SQL Server or Oracle.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular or React.

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

- Experience working in the healthcare industry or with healthcare software solutions is a plus.

- Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members.

- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Professional) is desirable.
