We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BMC Truesight Admin to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience administering and managing BMC Truesight, encompassing all aspects from installation and configuration to performance tuning and troubleshooting. A deep understanding of IT infrastructure monitoring, including network, server, and application performance, is essential. This role requires proficiency in working with various operating systems, databases, and network protocols. The candidate should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are crucial, along with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with integrating BMC Truesight with other monitoring tools and systems is a plus. The candidate should be passionate about optimizing system performance, ensuring high availability, and proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
