Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Events Executive to join our team at Aparna NEO Mall. This role is integral in elevating the malls presence both online and offline through engaging content, immersive events, tenant collaboration, and community-building activities. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of the retail landscape, strong communication skills, and the agility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Track trends, monitor analytics, and optimize content for performance and engagement.
  • Manage social media campaigns to drive footfall and tenant visibility
  • Coordinate with digital media and creative agencies for content and performance marketing.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Manage & execute monthly events, festive promotions, and mall activations
  • Coordinate with vendors & agencies to deliver memorable experiences & smooth execution.
  • Oversee on-ground event logistics, setup, and timely execution
  • Conduct Pre & post-event analysis and documentation for continuous improvement

Tenant Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact between mall tenants and the marketing team
  • Keep tenants informed and involved in marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Gather tenant content, feedback, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate onboarding communications for new store launches and offer rollouts

Retail & Consumer Insights

  • Stay updated on retail trends, shopper behaviour, and category movements
  • Collect consumer and tenant feedback to enhance marketing initiatives
  • Conduct basic competitors research and footfall benchmarking

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any Graduation is mandatory.
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail, mall marketing or hospitality
  • Strong grasp of social media trends, content tools, and campaign management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to work weekends/festive periods as required.
