Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Specialist at Cargo Services Private LTD in Dwarka, Delhi, India. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing supply chain processes, coordinating exports, providing excellent customer service, and utilising analytical skills to optimise logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end documentation for sea and air shipments, including bookings and compliance.- Oversee and coordinate transshipment processes for seamless cargo movement.- Manage customs clearance for various cargo types, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Communicate effectively with agents, service providers, and clients via email to ensure operational updates and issue resolution.- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and uphold company standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with expertise in sea and air transport.- Familiarity with customs clearance procedures in India.- Strong communication skills, especially in email correspondence.- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.- Proficiency in handling a variety of cargo types, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and industrial goods.- Strong inter personal relations- Should be able to multi-task- Should fluent in English (Reading, writing and speaking)
The role is a full time position in Dwarka Delhi India
- Working Days - Mon to Friday, Alternate Saturdays.
