We are looking for seasoned US IT Recruiters who are

currently based out of Pune or Bengaluru.

Role: Recruiter (US Staffing)

Location: Bangalore or Pune only (Applicants can work remote from either one of the cities)

Important - We need applicants who are currently in either Bengaluru or Pune only

Work timings - Flexible to support CST (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) / PST (8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST)

Essential Functions

Helps support the company’s overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting and employee referrals.Responsible for learning and executing on WWT recruitment and staffing initiatives Coordinates with resource managers to fulfil the business needs.Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company’s applicant tracking tool.Attend cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the processCoordinates and conducts prescreening, technical interviews with resource managers.Expertise in US Visa (GC, H1B, L1, EAD, OPT, CPT) & Tax norms (W2, C2C, 1099) is mandatoryReviews and pre-qualifies potential candidatesProactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategiesEstablishes and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openingsMeets management/ leadership objective and requirements as assigned throughout the yearRequires individual to be a team player within the Global Resourcing team.Flexible working in CST (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) /PST (8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST) hours

Work Experience

A minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in US StaffingA minimum 4 years’ experience supporting with Direct client staffingA minimum 2 years’ experience supporting with VMS client staffingA minimum of 8 years of IT recruiting experience strongly preferred

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Considerable industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is preferredExperience with compensation and contract negotiationsExceptional ability to be a player & mentor while driving recruiting resultsExpertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffingA passion for learning, leadership and continued educationExcellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred - Bullhorn, Gustav, Daxtra etcExcellent communication and presentation skillProactive attitude and work ethic
