Job Description

Develop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement. Collaborate with various departments to create and disseminate key messages effectively. Draft, edit, and manage internal newsletters, announcements, and presentations. Plan and oversee events, campaigns, and initiatives to promote a cohesive work culture. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, providing regular reports. Ensure brand consistency in all internal communication materials and platforms. Support leadership in delivering impactful messages to employees.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of working on multiple campaigns. Strong writing, editing, and content development skills. Proficiency in managing digital communication tools and platforms. Excellent organisational and project management abilities. A proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results.
