The Role We are on the hunt for an experienced Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team  Working in an exciting, fast paced kitchen, as CDP your day to day will involve preparing ingredients, working across multiple sections, maintaining a clean & organised kitchen, maintaining HACCP and ensuring a high quality of product each service. Whether you are a gun on the grill, perfect on pans or a master of the woodfire we are looking for a Chef de partie who can work across multiple sections and also get hands on with our pizza offering.  Experienced Chef de Parties who have worked in top quality casual dining establishments or some of Sydney's most loved gastro pubs will hit the ground running.
