Frontend Lead

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 9+ Years

We are looking for a Frontend Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the development of scalable, modern, and responsive applications.

Mandatory Skills

  • React.js (5+ years)
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • HTML5, CSS3
  • Strong Coding Skills & Problem-Solving
  • Team Lead Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Exposure to Tier-1 Companies

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React.js
  • Build Hybrid Applications with Responsive Design
  • Create Reusable Components / Libraries for frontend projects
  • Work with Microservices Architecture (3+ years)
  • Implement Micro Apps Architecture using Module Federation
  • Handle real-time updates with Socket.IO and SignalR
  • Implement Localization / Globalization (Translations)
  • Containerize apps using Docker
  • Setup & maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Workflows
  • Apply SOLID principles, Data Structures, Exception Handling, Design Patterns
  • Work in Agile Scrum Teams for delivery excellence

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for building scalable front-end solutions
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
  • Ownership mindset and attention to detail
