Description: Retail Store/Sales Executive – Flagship Boutique
Location: Ambawatta one, Qutub, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2-3 years in luxury retail or similar customer-facing roles
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
Build meaningful relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
Sales Performance:
Showcase and sell luxury clothing while emphasizing the brand’s craftsmanship and unique selling points.
Identify customer preferences, provide tailored recommendations, and close sales effectively.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Administrative Duties:
Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock records.
Handle billing and transaction processes with precision and confidentiality.
Communication & Storytelling:
Articulate the brand's story and collection inspirations to clients, enhancing their shopping experience.
Stay informed about product details, upcoming collections, and brand initiatives to provide insightful responses to client queries.
Visual Merchandising & Store Ambience:
Maintain a sophisticated and welcoming store environment that aligns with the brand’s identity.
Ensure the boutique is impeccably organized, with merchandise displayed in a visually appealing manner.
Key Skills & Qualities Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Polished demeanor and presentation suitable for a luxury retail environment.
Ability to understand customer needs and deliver a personalized shopping experience.
Proficient in building rapport and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to drive sales.
Passionate about luxury fashion and familiar with current trends.
Requirements Prior experience in luxury retail sales or customer-facing roles in a premium environment (2-3 years).
A deep understanding of luxury clothing and high-value clientele expectations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet store needs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
