Provide design brief to consultants in co-ordination with management Review design shared by the consultant and coordinate with MEP, structure, liaisoning to consultants and issue GFC drawings Prepare feasibility report for new projects Monitor schedules for timely completion Attend review meetings at site with site team and management Select mockup samples for furnishing show and sample flats for approval Able to create presentation and 3D plans with mockup elevation and units plans Must have knowledge on DCR and hands on experience in Mumbai real estate industry Candidates from Mumbai only to apply
