Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Professor, located in Pune. The Associate Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, conducting research, publishing scholarly articles, mentoring students, and participating in faculty meetings. Additional responsibilities include designing curriculum, evaluating student performance, and contributing to the development of departmental programs and part of national and internation accreditation teams.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge in the subject area of specialization
  • Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and academic research
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency in academic writing, including publishing in peer-reviewed journals
  • Ability to contribute to the development of departmental programs and initiatives
  • Minimum of PhD with Master's degree in the relevant field.
  • Experience in the education sector and industry experience is a plus
