Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic and creative
Brand Marketing Communications Manager
to lead and implement compelling communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, adept at content creation, and experienced in managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:1. Brand Strategy & DevelopmentDevelop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies that align with the brand’s goals and vision.Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels.2. Content Creation & CampaignsCraft engaging brand stories, marketing content, and campaign narratives to resonate with target audiences.Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including blogs, emails, social media content, and video scripts.3. Media & Public RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.Drive PR campaigns, manage press releases, and secure media coverage to amplify brand reach.4. Digital Marketing & Social MediaCollaborate with the digital marketing team to create impactful social media strategies that boost brand awareness.Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and ROI.5. Internal CommunicationsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all departments.Support employee engagement initiatives and communicate brand values internally.6. Partnerships & CollaborationsIdentify and nurture partnerships with influencers, organizations, and thought leaders to enhance brand credibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver unified campaigns.7. Market Analysis & ReportingConduct market research to understand customer insights, industry trends, and competitor activity.Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.Experience : 3-5+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or a related field.Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across digital, print, and PR channels.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.Expertise in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
