Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our team as a full-time member. The ideal candidate will take complete responsibility for supervising and executing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
As a key member of the project team, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day construction work at the project site.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and update management.
- Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Verify and check measurements, bills, and contractor work.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management for smooth execution.
Qualifications
Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a site engineer in civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control practices .
Proficiency in interpreting architectural and structural drawings .
Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD , and site reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
