Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation:

  • Develop and design original, high-quality content (posts, videos, graphics, stories, etc.) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Write clear, engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform’s audience.
  • Create engaging content that reflects the brand’s tone, voice, and visual style.


Content Strategy:

  • Assist in planning and implementing social media content calendars.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to ensure content is innovative and engaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with campaign goals.


Platform Management:

  • Schedule and publish posts across all relevant social media channels.
  • Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and presence across all platforms.
  1. Performance Tracking & Optimization:
  • Analyze and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  • Optimize content based on data and audience insights to drive higher engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce multimedia content.
  • Coordinate with influencers, partners, and external agencies when needed.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas.


Community Engagement:

  • Engage with the online community by initiating conversations, responding to inquiries, and building relationships with followers.
  • Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers and brand advocates.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or MBA Communications, Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
  • Strong proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms.
  • Experience in photography, videography, or animation is a plus.
