Job Description: Telecaller

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

We're looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English and excellent communication skills, with a proven track record in the immigration industry. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with essential information and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Make and receive calls from prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide accurate information about our immigration and visa services, including eligibility criteria, documentation, and procedures.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Schedule appointments for consultations with immigration experts.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Maintain and update client records accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, specifically within the immigration or overseas education industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-centric attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
