CoreFunctional Responsibilities

  • Implementing variousmethods for elearning and online training in ourplatform

  • Creating new course templateworkshop templates and testing them in ourplatform.

  • Analyses and evaluate theorganizational as well as individual developmentneeds

  • Arrange and attend differentmeetings and discussions for better knowledge on trainingideas

  • Work closely with the managersmentors and HR for betterdevelopment

  • Figure out the new techniques thatare executed Examines the results after executing the new ideas

  • Establishing an e learningdevelopment center in themoodle

  • Creating engaging training coursecontent (Videos quizzes activities H5petc.)

GeneralResponsibilities:

  • A brief summary knowledge aboutLearning managementsystem

  • Fixing the goals to achieve thetarget easily

  • Conduct skills gap analyses companywide.

  • Set learning objectives for eachcourse

  • Determine evaluationcriteria

Requirements

  • Bsc/BA in Business Administration orPsychology. Masterspreferred.

  • Amicable with eLearning platforms& practices

  • Confident in Oral and Nonoralcommunication

  • Interpersonal skill for helpingpeople learn &grow

  • Knowledge about IT & spreadsheet works

  • Having good understanding withcourse creationtactics

  • Well Versed in MS word Excel (Handonspeed)

  • Ability to think strategically andmultitasking

  • Must have a laptop or phone withproper WIFIcommunication

  • Must be available in the virtualoffice everyday from16pm
