With over 14 years of experience, we have built expertise in brand communication, live events, content management, celebrity association and creating intellectual properties.


We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the creative direction of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative strategy, team leadership, and innovative design, ensuring our clients' visions are brought to life with excellence.


Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Working Model : Onsite

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Experience: 10 - 15 years


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects, overseeing them to completion.
  • Work closely with account executives to understand client requirements and objectives.
  • Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters, and other creatives to harness their talents effectively.
  • Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate innovative ideas.
  • Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meets both clients' needs and our own standards.
  • Revise content and presentations, approve or reject ideas, and provide constructive feedback to the team.
  • Train and guide subordinates, helping them grow into accomplished professionals.
  • Monitor the results of team efforts and propose actions for future improvements.
  • Create brands and develop campaigns for brands.
  • Write scripts for videos/AVs, understanding core brand marketing principles.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to clients with strong presentation skills.



Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in creative processes, marketing, graphic design, and brand development.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
  • BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design, or a relevant field; an MSc/MA will be considered an asset.
