Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill a hybrid role of Business Analyst and Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT or Data Analytics, with experience in understanding and translating client requirements into actionable project plans. This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze client requirements to develop detailed project plans.• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and allocate resources for projects.• Understand Data Analytics, AI processes, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.• Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum) and manage project teams effectively.• Utilize JIRA for project tracking and management.• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.• Prepare and present project plans and progress reports to clients.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.• Document project requirements, processes, and outcomes meticulously.• Oversee project delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the IT or Data Analytics industry.• Proven experience in a hybrid Business Analyst and Project Manager role.• Strong understanding of Data Analytics, AI processes, and BI tools.• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and experience with JIRA.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong leadership and team management abilities.• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear project plans.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements analysis.• Strong experience with data visualization and reporting tools.• Excellent project scheduling and resource management skills.• Proven ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
