CTC: Up to 10.5 LPA (25% hike on current take-home including variables)
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our client servicing team as Senior Analysts in the Healthcare domain. This is an Individual Contributor role ideal for candidates with a strong background in international voice processes, stakeholder management, and healthcare support.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 15 years of formal education
Any graduate with all semester mark sheets, Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC), and Convocation mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in any of the following domains:
Healthcare Voice Process
- Client Servicing
- Stakeholder Management
- BFSI
- International Voice Process / BPO
Reporting / Data Management / Transactions Handling
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Work Schedule & Location:
- Shift: US Shift
Work Mode: Hybrid after training
3 Weeks Work From Home
1 Week Work From Office (on rotation)
Fixed Weekly Offs: Saturday & Sunday
- Location: Kodigehalli, near Hebbal, Bangalore
