Position Summary
As a HR Service Delivery Partner, you oversee precise payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You streamline operations, optimize systems, and empower teams to deliver seamless payroll services. Your expertise drives efficiency and reliability, fostering trust and satisfaction among stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities- Registration of new hires / terminations / employment changes in employment register;
- Producing the contracts and other employment related documentation;
- Maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control);
- Maintenance of organizational structure, Absence /attendance registration and handling;
- Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries);
- Payroll administration for Statutory elements (i.e. Maternity, sickness, Paternity etc.);
- Manual Payroll calculations;
- System processing of Payroll with control checks and validation;
- Preparation and delivery of reports;
- Full monthly payroll reconciliations;
- Query resolution / problem solving all aspects of payroll;
- Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by email.
- Maintaining physical and / or electronical archive;
- Train and guide other team members;
- Keeping up to date with current legislation changes;
- Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position.
- Should have ability to maintain confidentiality and should have high ethical standards.
- Should have outstanding ability to build relationships and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written are must.
- MBA in HR/Operations or MSW HRDM or MA HRM
- 2 to 4 years of experience in SAP payroll system
