About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee and drive the successful delivery of multiple complex technical programs. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and QA, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience managing large-scale programs, and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality products on time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the execution and delivery of technical programs across multiple products, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.● Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, QA, and product managers, driving collaboration and accountability to ensure project milestones are met.● Own and manage end-to-end program delivery, from planning and execution to tracking progress, resolving challenges, and ensuring timely completion.● Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and success metrics.● Develop detailed project plans, identify key milestones, dependencies, risks, and manage resource allocation efficiently.● Facilitate communication and transparency across teams, providing regular project updates and addressing any roadblocks or risks proactively.● Lead Agile or hybrid development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to ensure continuous progress and timely delivery.● Anticipate potential bottlenecks and challenges, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery timelines.● Optimize delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.● Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and technical requirements.● Drive continuous improvement in both product delivery and team efficiency, advocating for best practices and process innovation.

Qualifications:

● 6+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or similar roles, with a focus on delivering complex, large-scale products.● Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and leading the successful delivery of high-impact technical programs.● Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software development, systems architecture, and scalable system design.● Extensive experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with hybrid development practices.● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.● Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.● Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in identifying and mitigating risks in a fast-paced environment.● Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms.

Nice to Have:

● Experience managing large technical programs in industries such as Ed-Tech, AI, or enterprise systems.● Knowledge of AI-based platforms or data-driven applications.● Experience working in fast-growing companies or startups.● Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or similar.
