About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified professional with strong analytical thinking to join our team as Product Manager (Legal). The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of products. Plays a critical role in guiding the success of the products and leads the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it.
What you'll do:
Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key Partners to foster collaboration and ensure reliable supply chain operations. Build loyal Partner relations.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts, ensuring optimal terms, pricing, and quality for products and services. All Partnerships must lead to the highest product quality, allowing to maximize cost savings and revenue opportunities.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor Partner performance metrics to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards. Address any performance issues promptly and effectively by building a remedial action plan to be communicated with all team members and stakeholders. Monitor and improve, where needed, annual audit as per Partner Governance Framework. Monitor treatment of escalations/incident management.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the Partner relationship and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the business
Strategic Sourcing & Partner Assessment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements (business need) and identify strategic sourcing opportunities to meet those needs. Facilitate Partner assessment between Partner Acquisition and internal stakeholders. The analysis of different product materials such as Partner Compliance Questionnaire and the execution of test cases as per the Partner Governance Framework are needed.
Cost Management: Drive cost savings initiatives by identifying and implementing efficiencies in Partner management and Partner Governance Framework processes. Monitor monthly invoices & payment trackers and compare Y2Y metrics. Provide monthly reporting.
Compliance: Ensure all Partners comply with company policies, industry standards, and applicable legal regulations. Partner Compliance Questionnaires duly filled in and signed. Due Diligence conducted and renewed, where needed.
Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current trends, pricing, and new products or services. Conduct regular benchmarking to help us enhance our services and allow us to work with the best Partners possible and identify competitors.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on Partner performance, cost savings, and strategic initiatives to Director.
Product Strategy and Vision: Developing Vision: Define the long-term vision and strategy for the product. Market Research: Conduct research to understand the product, competition, and customer needs. Value Proposition: Define the unique value proposition of the product to differentiate it from competitors
What you'll bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (Mandatory). Advanced degree or additional certifications are a plus
3+ years of experience in consultancy, or product management or management.
Excellent English level. Command of a second language will be an asset.
Diligent and meticulous.
High regard for compliance standards and quality control.
Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Previous experience working in a multinational environment
