We at Jio are hiring for Lead ER & Compliance - Telangana, IndiaRequirementsExperience : 10 - 15 Years (Experience in working with large scale business having national foot print in the following industries Telecom, Retail, BFSI Energy, Petrochemical, Power and Manufacturing)Education: MBA from TIER 1, Tier 2 in Human Resource DomainJob Description- Managing Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance and liaison with government authorities.- Determine compliance system and planned arrangements are implemented timely.- Plan audits and review non-compliance reports.- Managing Employee Relations, Statutory Compliance and liaison with government authorities.- Determine compliance system and planned arrangements are implemented timely.- Plan audits and review non-compliance reports.- Train JC Manager, FC&A Leads with respect to statutory compliance at Jio Center- Filing of periodic returns- Maintenance of MIS- Guidance to Operations team on discipline issues- Ensure closure of legal notices- Attending Court Cases and hearings- Attending Labor Inspections- Managing liaison with Enforcement officers, local bodies and other external stakeholdersSkill Set- Exposure to Ethics & Compliance frameworks, and investigation.- Self-starter, have the ability to multi-task, possess good communication.- Experience in working in Telangana and fluent in Telugu.
