Key Responsibilities : Strategical : Awareness of the entire reporting involved at each vertical. Incorporate learning objective of introducing automation through reporting. Proficient user of the basic tool needed for reporting in Google environment. Tactical : Facilitate problem solving and collaboration. Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, targets, standards, techniques and tools to support performance. Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues. Ensure deliverables are achieved to satisfy the reporting or visual requirements. Assist the studio team with the dashboard assignments.
