We are seeking a QA Analyst & Automation Engineer to join the QA team. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve crafting and executing both exploratory and automated tests, planning and coordinating testing activities and driving the resolution of quality issues. What You'll Do: Develop and refine test strategies for exciting new projects and features Ensure products and systems are flawless and meet top-tier quality standards Create and execute comprehensive test plans to achieve objectives Automate critical tests and user journeys to maintain robust monitoring Implement and oversee test scripts to evaluate functionality, reliability, performance, and overall quality Infuse creativity and initiative into enhancing test coverage and methodologies Requirements: 3+ years in QA, with experience in writing and executing test plans for Saa S products, including web and mobile applications 2+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation, including designing and writing automated tests Expertise in modern technologies for building automated testing capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in scripting languages Proficiency in agile methodologies, ideally Scrum Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Tech Stack: Automation tools for test cases, plans, and reporting Project Management: JIRA for stories, tasks, and defect tracking Applications: Angular, Dot Net Version Control: Git Hub Product Management: Productboard for the roadmap and feature discovery Documentation: Confluence for knowledge management Benefits: A pivotal role in the rising FSM Solution with a variety of missions and projects A unique opportunity to shape the future of their innovative platform A professional, international team with a flat hierarchy and a collaborative environment A vibrant and supportive workplace Why Join Us?
