The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and the ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling graphics. The role requires proficiency in design software, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to collaborate with other team members to meet client needs and project objectives.
Required Experience – 4 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities
• Design Creation: Develop original graphics and layouts for various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive branding materials that reflect the company's vision and values.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Feedback Implementation: Revise designs based on feedback from team members and clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance design skills and contribute innovative ideas.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills with an eye for aesthetics and details.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
• Experience in UX/UI design is advantageous.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is beneficial but not required.
