Tech Stack:

  • Frameworks: React Native, Node.js
  • APIs: Rest APIs, Maven, node lib
  • Cloud Services: Firebase Realtime Database: A NoSQL cloud database supporting real-time synchronization.
  • Geospatial Services: Integrating mapping and location-based services.
  • Mapping Tools: Mapbox, Google Maps API, HERE Technologies, OpenStreetMap (OSM), Leaflet, GeoJSON, MapQuest, TileMill
  • Authentication: JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for secure information transmission and user authentication.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior React Native Developer at Asteride, you'll be pivotal in shaping and implementing the technical vision of the Asteride app. Your key responsibilities include:

Technical Leadership:

  • Lead the development team, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Tech Stack Optimization:

  • Evaluate and optimize the tech stack for improved performance and scalability.
  • Implement new technologies aligned with Asteride's evolving requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with backend developers, mobile app developers, and UI/UX designers for an integrated user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership in development teams, preferably in a startup.
  • Expertise in React Native, Firebase, PubNub, and relevant libraries.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
