Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the frontend development team, ensuring adherence to best coding practices and project timelines.
  • Development & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and high-performance websites and web applications using , , Laravel (frontend integration), and other relevant technologies.
  • CMS & eCommerce Expertise: Oversee and develop projects in WordPress, Magento, and Shopify, ensuring customization and optimization as per client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with backend teams, designers, project managers, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Code Review & Quality Control: Perform regular code reviews, ensure compliance with coding standards, and optimize frontend performance.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and tools to keep the development stack current and competitive.
  • Project Management: Participate in sprint planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in WordPress, Magento, Shopify development and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of , ), Laravel (frontend integration), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with frontend build tools like Webpack, Gulp, npm, etc.
  • Experience in RESTful API integration and working with backend teams.
  • Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and SEO best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹70,000.00 per month
