Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with clients to develop and execute social media strategies that align with their business and political objectives.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, including content planning, post scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (designers, content writers, strategists) to deliver high-quality social media campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyze the performance of social media campaigns using metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and prepare detailed reports for clients.
  • Problem Solving: Address any concerns or challenges clients face and provide timely solutions to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
  • Content Oversight: Review content to ensure it aligns with client branding, tone, and campaign goals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitor strategies to provide innovative ideas and approaches for clients.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver campaign performance updates, future strategies, and new campaign ideas during client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management and social media marketing.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for content optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide insights.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
