Job Description: SFMC with Data Cloud EngineerJob Title:SFMC with Data Cloud Engineer Experience:5–12 Years Location:PAN India (Hybrid) Notice Period:Immediate / 15 Days preferred About the Role We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Engineer with strong Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform)expertise to build, optimize, and manage end-to-end marketing automation journeys, audience segmentation, ingestion pipelines, and unified customer profiles. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize solutions usingSFMC + Data Cloud. ImplementData Cloud data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, harmonization models, and segmentation. Create and enhanceJourneysusing Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Develop custom logic usingAMPscript, SSJS, SQL Queries, CloudPages, and APIs. Managedata extensions, schema relationships, and audience models across Data Cloud & SFMC. Configuredata streams, data transformations, and calculated insightsin Data Cloud. Implement end-to-endmarketing automation, personalization, and campaign execution. Build integrations betweenSFMC, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Core. Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with best practices. Troubleshoot issues across automations, journeys, and data pipelines. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience inSalesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Solid expertise inSalesforce Data Cloud (CDP). Proficiency withSQL, AMPscript, SSJS, APIs, CloudPages. Experience withAutomation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder. Knowledge ofData Cloud ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation. Understanding ofMC Connect / Core CRM integration. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Good to Have Experience withEinstein Engagementor AI-based personalization. Knowledge of ETL/ELT logic, data modeling, data mapping. Salesforce certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Marketing Cloud Developer Data Cloud Consultant(preferred) Why Join Us?
