In this role, you will support the planning and execution of influencer-led campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. You will work closely with creators, track campaign performance, and contribute to the growth and success of our influencer initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Conducting competitive research to identify influencer marketing trends and opportunities.- Development and execution of influencer strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.- Help identify and onboard creators across beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and other relevant categories.- Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers to foster authentic collaborations.- Monitor influencer performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and provide insights to optimize campaigns.- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, performance) to coordinate influencer content in line with marketing plans.- Preparing regular reports to track influencer campaign effectiveness and ROI.- Stay informed on emerging social media platforms, tools, and creator trends to support innovative campaign ideas.Requirements:- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or related digital marketing roles.- Good understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret performance data.- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.- Passionate about content creation, influencers, and community engagement.
