  • ServiceNow technical lead is a key role responsible for overseeing the design/development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objective and best practices. This role involves leading technical teams, managing project lifecycles, collaborating with business stakeholders and providing expertise in ServiceNow platform and capabilities.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • · Expert in leading a team and providing guidance to junior developers, proficient in engaging with business stakeholders/cross functional teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
  • · Expert in designing/implementing multiple catalog items by collaborating with the business stakeholders
  • · Must have strong experience in integrating multiple large enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP protocols, authentication mechanisms
  • · Strong knowledge on Glide APIs, server/client-side scripting, Scripted Rest API, portal architecture
  • · Must have excellent oral and written communication/presentation/negotiation skills
  • · Detail-oriented, able to identify issues, and consistently collaborate to solve problems in a timely manner
  • · Total 8+ years of IT experience with minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development exposure with a proven track record in leading teams
  • · Must have ability to execute Agile practices to facilitate team management and project delivery
  • · Strong skills in monitoring platform for optimal performance and availability
  • · Must have ability to create/update SDLC documentations, manuals for the functionalities developed
  • · Work experience with large BioPharma/Biotech industries and knowledge of GxP process is a plus
  • · Must be a Certified Application Developer along with any implementation specialist
