Job Details Base Location:- Delhi NCRDepartment:- TechnologyWorking Mode :- Hybrid Experience :- 2 to 3 years (mandatory)Qualification:- Btech ( Mtech can be an add-on)Reporting Head :– Head – TechnologyCTC :- As per market standardLevel:- EntryKey Responsibilities1. Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and services.2. Collaborate with product and frontend teams to define and deliver new features. 3. Optimise performance, reliability, and maintainability of backend infrastructure. 4. Work with databases (SQL & No SQL) to design efficient and scalable schemas. 5. Implement secure authentication, authorisation, and data protection protocols. 6. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. 7. Set up background jobs, cron tasks, and integrations with third-party services.8. Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system resilience. Skill Requirements1. Hands on experience in backend development using Node.js, Typescript or Python. 2. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservice architectures. 3. Proficiency in working with databases like Postgre SQL, My SQL, or Mongo DB. 4. Familiarity with data security, authentication flows, token management (JWT/OAuth).5. Experience with version control tools like Git.6. Understanding of Dev Ops basics, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure or Digital Ocean).7. Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. 8. Good understanding of System Design and Software Development Life Cycle. Good to Have 1. Experience with Nest JS, and Express.js.2. Familiarity with serverless architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). 3. Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, ELK stack, etc.). 4. Understanding of healthcare data compliance (HIPAA, NDHM, etc.) is a plus. 5. Good understanding of Linux Administration and work experience in and with online health care systems with other companies in the past can be a bonus.
