About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team.

In this critical role, you will play a key strategic role in designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and user adoption.

You will leverage your deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and proven development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, automate workflows, and improve our overall CRM capabilities.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of comprehensive Salesforce solutions, leveraging best practices and adhering to Salesforce coding standards.

- Partner with business stakeholders and Salesforce administrators to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into robust technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, relationships, workflows, validation rules, and processes to automate business logic and streamline user workflows.

- Utilize Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or Apex for custom application development to extend Salesforce functionality and meet specific business needs.

- Implement robust data integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and tools (e. , Data Loader, MuleSoft) to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

- Develop and implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including code comments, user guides, and training materials.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Salesforce platform, including new features, functionalities, and best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior developers within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote code quality and consistency.

Qualifications :

- 14+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong track record of successful project delivery.

- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including core functionalities, object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts, and security best practices.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies (Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Apex, triggers, workflows, validation rules).

- Proficient in writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code according to Salesforce coding standards.

- Experience with data integration using Salesforce APIs and tools (e., Data Loader, MuleSoft) is a plus.

- Experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (e., Salesforce DX, Jest) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security concepts and best practices.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the Salesforce ecosystem
