The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Workday integrations, including proficiency in Workday modules such as Benefits, HCM and Talent Management. As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex integrations within the Workday ecosystem.



Responsibilities:

5+ years of end to end Workday Integration development experience

Design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other systems using Workday's integration tools and technologies, including Studio, EIB, Connectors, XML, XSLT, and Workday web services. Must have hands on experience in Workday Studio.

Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and define integration solutions.

Configure and customize Workday integrations to meet specific business needs.

actively participate in sprint planning meetings where they collaborate with the product owner and the rest of the team to understand the requirements for the upcoming sprint and to estimate the effort required for each task.

Document every step of Integration process including BRD during requirement gathering and Integration Design Documents post implementation.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.

Document integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Stay current with Workday's integration features, updates, and best practices.

Provide guidance and support to other team members on Workday integration-related topics.




Qualifications:

Must have experience with PECI (Payroll effective Change Interface) and PICOF

Must have experience with Workday Studio

Workday Report Designer

Extensive BIRT Layout and design and reporting required

Previous BIRT development experience

No Certification required, but is nice to have.
