Work you’ll do

As part of the Brand and Communications Team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for supporting the Function Head in all aspects of internal and external communications for Deloitte.

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Support Function Head’s in developing and implementing effective employee communication strategies for Deloitte Creating, monitoring and managing all communication channels to ensure robust messaging Advising on relevant changes to presentations/emails for Partner Create messaging framework for focused stakeholders. Enhancing the presence of the site on social media, in line with the company's objectives Assists in supporting the ongoing evolving culture and values of the organization Collaborate with Partner to support central and industry initiatives Seek out creative and innovative ways and opportunities for elevating the Deloitte brand internally/externally

Requirements:

Must be a Graduate with a degree in communications, or journalism, or public relations or relevant field. 8+ years of overall work experience and minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in corporate communications Awesome communication skills (written and verbal) – WOW us Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous. Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques. Good written and verbal communication skills with an eye for details Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact and influence multiple partners and internal/external stakeholders. Outstanding leadership skills - ability to work with cross functional teams and an eye for detail A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution and resourcefulness Prioritization, planning and organizing skills
