Job Description:

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst with expertise in Hiportfolio and pControl fund accounting applications. The candidate will be responsible for functional and technical production support, incident management, and client interaction for fund accounting operations.

Responsibilities

  • First/second level functional support for Hiportfolio & pControl.
  • Act as POC for functional queries from business and clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NAV, pricing, and reconciliation.
  • Perform incident, request, change, and problem management.
  • Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and user training.
  • Contribute to training documentation, product improvement, and vendor calls.
  • Maintain application health through log reviews and proactive issue resolution.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fund accounting / BFSI operations.
  • Strong knowledge of fund accounting products and processes.
  • Good understanding of financial instruments (equities, derivatives, bonds, MM, etc.).
  • Experience with SQL Server / PL SQL for analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience in NAV calculations, unit pricing, reconciliation, and market data sources (Bloomberg, Reuters).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred

  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Background in Capital Markets / Fund Administration.
  • Bachelors degree (Computer Science preferred).
