Job Summary:
The Feed Sales Head is a pivotal leadership role responsible for spearheading sales growth in our poultry feed and soya extraction segments. This individual will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative sales strategies aimed at driving rapid market penetration and achieving aggressive revenue targets. Key responsibilities include optimizing customer engagement, introducing new sales approaches, and ensuring seamless execution of end-to-end sales processes, from order fulfilment to customer retention.

Key Accountabilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
Design and execute forward-thinking sales strategies tailored to expand market share in the poultry feed and soya product segments.
Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitor actions to reshape sales approaches and refine go-to-market strategies.
Leverage data-driven insights to develop a robust sales pipeline and ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads and conversion strategies.
Order Fulfilment & Customer Experience:
Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-centric order deliveries.
Implement innovative sales processes to address customer needs, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience at every stage.
Monitor order progress, proactively resolve any order fulfilment issues, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Revenue Optimization & Margin Management:
Develop dynamic pricing models and contract negotiation strategies that align with market dynamics while maximizing profit margins.
Regularly review and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive while driving profitability.
Conduct margin analysis to balance top-line growth with strategic bottom-line objectives.
Customer & Account Management:
Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key customers, including farmers and distributors.
Act as a trusted advisor by understanding specific customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions that drive loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Continuously engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure product solutions meet evolving needs.
Technical Support & Post-Sales Engagement:
Work in partnership with technical teams to provide value-added post-sales support, ensuring customers receive comprehensive guidance on feed formulation, nutritional advice, and best practices.
Organize training sessions and workshops for farmers and distributors to maximize product effectiveness and ensure customer success.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Animal Science, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred) with demonstrated expertise in sales, particularly within the poultry feed or agricultural sector.
12 to 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on sales leadership and territory management, ideally across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Proven track record of driving real change and fostering innovation in sales processes, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a deep understanding of soya product applications.
A willingness to travel as required to meet clients and represent the company at industry events.
