  • HR Business Partnering (end-to-end BU handling)
  • Employee relationship
  • Strong in reports & dashboards generation
  • Public Speaking - addressing employees (mass)
  • Hands on with Power BI is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Office 365 is an advantage.

ExpectationsJob DescriptionTalent HiringPartner with the recruitment team in identifying & fulling business resource requirement.Structured connects with new hires to understand their assimilation into the teams and organization.Talent ManagementStructured meaningful conversations/connections (team, 1:1, Diversity, top talent, technical, manager, high-risk pool)Engage in talent reviews and succession planning discussions and monitor the progress of individual      development plansManage performance & compensation reviews (bonus payouts, off-cycle corrections, promotions)Talent RetentionProactive engagement with managers to understand challenges and employee concernsPartner with the manager to devise appropriate solutions / address concernsConduct Talent retention discussions with the employee and manager and attempt to retainHR ExcellenceLeverage tools (PowerBI) to gather and analyze HR data / metrics (Staffing, headcount, turnover, Spans & layers, training & development, etc.)Monthly report of HR metrics to business leadersCommunication &
Concern HandlingNavigates the escalation of issues between the teams and removes impediments and resolves conflicts that hinder progress.Proactively facilitates resolution of conflicts between individuals or groups; employs open discussion and diplomacy to solve disagreements.Overall, an ideal profile to be agile, do critical in thinking, results driven, embraces change and high on collaboration
