the role
The Artwork Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation, approval, and production of all artwork related to the company's products. This includes managing the artwork process from concept to final production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements with internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Manage the end-to-end artwork process for product packaging, print production and other visual assets.
Adapt to artwork management system.
Maintaining the artwork documentation across GCPL brands.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design ,product development, regulatory, etc.) and external vendors (design agencies, printers, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of artwork.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
Quality Control:
Review all artwork to ensure it meets technical specifications.
Conduct quality checks on final artwork files, ensuring they are print-ready and free of errors.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements in the artwork process to enhance efficiency
and reduce errors.
Develop and document artwork management procedures and best practices.
Who are we looking for?
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or graduation in graphic design or a related field.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in as an administrative or assisting a small team of 10-12 people.
Skills:
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools.
Strong understanding of print production processes and requirements.
Good networking and artwork management process skills.
