This role requires a strong technical acumen,excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset to ensuresmooth printer operation and minimal downtime for our clients.Key Responsibilities:-

Installation and Setup: Perform installation and setup of A3 and A4 HPprinters at client sites.-

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repairprinter-related issues, ensuring minimal service disruptions.-

Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance toextend printer life and enhance performance.-

Firmware and Software Updates: Execute necessary firmware updatesand software adjustments to improve functionality.-

Network Configuration: Set up and configure printer networkconnectivity, including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.-

Client Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressingqueries, providing training, and offering technical assistance.Requirements:-

Education: Any graduate-

Experience: Minimum 3 years in printer repair, installation, andmaintenance of A3 and A4 HP models.-

Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostics, hardware repair, andnetwork configuration for printers.-

Preferred Qualifications:o Knowledge of various printer brands and models (HP preferred).o Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
