Job DescriptionEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements: ∙CA / MBA Finance ∙SAP Certification is added advantage. ∙ITIL/Service Management training is preferred.Should have at least 5 years of SAP ISU-FICA experience with 2-3 years in SAP S/4 HANA projectsExperience in minimum 1 end-to-end Implementation and 2 support projects.Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodologyExperience in Enhancements using User-Exits / BAPIsExperience in Interfaces with SAP and Non-SAP systems and ALE/IDOCsShould be able to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong client-facing experienceAssociate should be open to travel based on project requirements.SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP ISU modulesDetailed configuration - FI-CA components: Main/Sub, Payment Hierarchy and other financial functionalities, Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns), Account Determination, Settlement Rules, Collection Agencies, Write-Offs / Value Adjustments, Refunds, Security Deposits, Installment Plans.SAP ISU Data Model and Data SetupKnowledge for setting up data through standard FICA transactionsMust be aware of FICA Processes like: Dunning, Write Off, Installment Plan, Security Deposit, Payment Lot, Returns, Refund, Reversal.Must be aware of G/L Accounts with Main and Sub TransactionExperience in Integration with Billing & FICO.Experience with Approval workflows for Various Payment/ Write-off ApprovalsExperience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and supportExperience with gap analysis and FS, test scenarios, conduct trainings, FUT and provide defect management support.ABAP- Good Knowledge of area under RICEFW Objects, Able to document and communicate Technical DetailsGood To have experience to work with Solution Manager.Soft Skills : Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, Time Management Skills and proven Team Player.Good to have Experience across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries across MENA region.
