Job Description: Automation Architect


We are seeking a seasoned Automation Architect with a strong background in Selenium and extensive experience in architecting automation solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks and strategies that drive efficiency and quality across our software development lifecycle.


**Responsibilities:**


- Architect and lead the implementation of scalable automation frameworks tailored to project requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation needs and define strategic roadmaps.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation engineers.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and best practices for automation.

- Design and implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and other relevant technologies.

- Drive innovation and efficiency through the adoption of emerging automation trends and methodologies.

- Ensure adherence to automation standards, coding guidelines, and industry best practices.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 9+ years of experience in automation engineering with a focus on Selenium.

- Proven experience as an Automation Architect, designing and implementing automation solutions.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

- Expertise in automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, BDD, TDD).

- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
