We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with 58 years of expertise in analytics, specializing in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM). The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Python, R, and MLOps, with a strong ability to deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Marketing Mix Models to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis techniques for business decision-making.
  • Work with large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, transformation, and validation.
  • Deploy and manage models in production using MLOps best practices.
  • Partner with marketing, business, and technology teams to align analytics solutions with business goals.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Data Scientist / Analytics Professional.
  • Strong expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling.
  • Proficiency in Python and R for data science and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with advanced econometrics, time series modeling, or attribution modeling.
  • Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
