As we expand our operations and build further on our AI team of the future, we are looking for graduates with strong engineering and AI skills who are eager to build long-term careers in the enterprise technology space. This role is ideal for academically strong individuals with a passion for building AI-powered applications, advanced problem-solving abilities, and the drive to leverage AI to increase productivity and output.

Role Overview

This role will begin with structured training in Oracle Cloud, Azure, and AI model development, before transitioning into active technical assignments. You will work closely with senior architects, AI specialists, and client stakeholders based in the UK, developing AI-driven applications, building data platforms, and integrating these with enterprise systems.

You will gain hands-on experience in designing, coding, and deploying AI-enabled solutions, as well as working on large-scale cloud projects across finance, data analytics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered applications that integrate with Oracle Cloud and Azure-based data platforms
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI models for enterprise use cases
• Write high-quality, maintainable code using Python, Java, or other programming languages
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate application delivery
• Participate in data engineering tasks, including ingestion, transformation, and modelling on Azure Data services
• Work on cloud-native application deployment, integration, and API development
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Optimise existing solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Support testing, debugging, and documentation of developed solutions
• Work closely with UK-based teams and align with UK working hours

What We Are Looking For

Academic Qualifications

• Graduates in B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related engineering discipline
• Consistently strong academic record with high CGPA or percentage across all years of study
• Only those with consistent top scores in academics may apply

Preferred Candidate Background

• Strong programming skills and experience in at least one modern language (Python, Java, C#)
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and model deployment
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP also beneficial)
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud, databases, and data modelling concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Core Skills Required

• Programming expertise: Strong coding ability with a focus on AI-assisted development and automation
• AI/ML proficiency: Ability to work with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Cloud knowledge: Understanding of Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure basics
• Analytical thinking: Strong logical reasoning and structured approach to problem-solving
• Communication: Clear and confident in both written and spoken English for technical discussions
• Self-driven learning: Proactive in exploring new tools, frameworks, and AI advancements
• Work discipline: Organised, accountable, and committed to delivering on time
