Central India's well-diversified group is embarking on an exciting new venture: launching a state-of-the-art diagnostic chain. We're seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead this initiative and make a transformative impact in the healthcare sector.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the end-to-end planning, execution, and scaling of the diagnostic chain, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader goals and vision.- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, patient care, and efficiency across all centers.- Team Building and Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.- Business Growth and Profitability: Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business expansion, improve financial performance, and increase market share.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, healthcare providers, patients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all diagnostic centers adhere to industry regulations, accreditation standards, and operational best practices.
What you’ll need:
- Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a senior leadership role in healthcare, preferably with a focus on diagnostics, medical services, or healthcare operations.- Track Record in Healthcare Operations: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale healthcare operations, with experience in diagnostics and medical technology being highly desirable.- Educational Qualifications:- A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is required.- Medical background (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, or any equivalent) or a specialized healthcare qualification will be an advantage.- Financial and Business Acumen: Strong expertise in business strategy, financial management, and P&L oversight, with a solid understanding of healthcare industry economics.- Deep Understanding of Healthcare Regulations: In-depth knowledge of local and national healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and quality standards.- Innovative Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to develop and implement forward-thinking solutions that address both operational challenges and patient needs.- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, doctors, employees, and external stakeholders.- Passion for Healthcare: A deep commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services and enhancing patient satisfaction.
