Reporting : Account Manager / Business Manager

Experience : 2-6 Years


Position Overview

• Support teams by sourcing, screening and presenting a shortlist of verified candidates aligned to qualified roles.

• Build high quality candidate networks by building solid relationships with these individuals and creating regular touchpoints with them.

• Sourcing skills to be implemented in Non IT requirements.

• Experience of working in BFSI Industry is a big plus.

• Gather market, industry and business intelligence to support team with lead generation.

• Execute on each step of recruitment cycle as required.


Key Responsibilities

• Aligning your candidates’ career aspirations with our client’s hiring needs. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring a pleasant candidate experience.

• Proactively building relationships with people in the market through face-to-face, phone, and video call meetings

• Pro-actively introducing candidates to clients to help uncover new opportunities for them.

• Staying abreast of recruiting trends and best practices in the IT space

• Working with your team members to build a collaborative, supportive and friendly culture.

• Identifying opportunities to increase efficiencies and results for the team.

Education Background

• Any Bachelor’s degree, equivalent suitable in recruitment industry
